Tonight I was trying to have a good for you drink! Instead of a pop, energy drink, or whatever else as I put in the work and walked 5 plus km today.
We were at Timmies and I thought well I’ll have a “Real Fruit Smoothie.”
I noticed that it was super sweet and the smoothies I make at home are not as sweet. Mine are loaded with tons of fruit (Timmies have one serving of fruit – mine 3 or 4 servings) and still no where near as sweet. I wondered why so I hit up google!
Anyone have ideas for next Diet for me to try. Prefer 5-8 day diets that fit in the 17 day span!
Today I’m making my own energy bars. The next few blogs will be on the ingredients.
I decided to add mushrooms to my steak dinner tonite. I love they way the taste and how the fry up and stay juicy!
I decided to see the benefits!
